SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days

  • The standard shipping method is USPS ground mail.

  • The expedited shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.

  • The shipping cost for US First Class shipments is $5.00

  • The shipping cost for International shipments is based on the actual order and varies by country.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.

  • We are not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition  and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact Energy Tools for an RMA number and further instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
     

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Upon receiving your returned item, we will send  you an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to the original payment method. 

 

Sales items (if applicable)

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded, all sales items are final.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

​

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email lorina@energytoolsint.com and send your item to Energy Tools International, LLC, 8147 Blackwell Rd, Central Point,  OR 97502, United States.
